my longest and best friend.
It was wonderful, as it always is!
It's late…later than that.
We've laughed, drunk, played games and watched movies.
Sir says he'll sleep on the couch and
I am to take the bed with two of our children.
I wanted to move the kids to the couches and
sleep with my Sir.
If there's a choice,
I always want to sleep with my Sir.
Always.
Sir explains reiterates his statement
and gives me that look that brooks no question.
I aqueous immediately and politely.
"Yes, Sir"
My friend looks up, shocked.
"I need to learn that look,
I've never been able to convince
fiona to do anything that easily"
Sir smiled
winked at me.
...and I went to bed with my children
feeling great satisfaction in being
a good girl.
Oh, I love those good girl moments. Just curious, do you address Sir as Sir all the time? Do you call him Sir in public? I want to start calling my husband Sir more often. I'm not sure if I want to do it in public though.
ReplyDeleteI do address Sir as Sir some of the time. I don't make it a deal, and it's mostly perceived as a polite thing. I do not make it weird and neither does he. The rest of the time I call him by his nickname.

Ahhh that look..it can speak louder than words. Good for you for 'hearing' the words...and yeah for having great visits with besties!

That look. Makes me do many many things! It was wonderful to have time with her!

I agree - that look puts me in check each and every time - and it doesn't matter where we are or who we are with. That look sends a zip down my spine and that feeling when he calls me his good girl is just about the best reward for minding him.
ReplyDeleteDiane, I call K Sir when we are alone, and it carries over to when we are out in public or at his father's house. People simply take it for being polite and don't read too much into it. K and I know it is more than polite, and that's what matters.
That look is fabulous. I love that he can and does check me…though not as frequently as I need/want.
DeleteI agree, I call Sir, "Sir" when we are in public as well. It's perceived as being polite.

It is fabulous to catch up with friends. Sadly I can't always do it when we're way too many miles away from each other. But it is a gift!!!

Thank you so much HL, what a kind compliment. How's the D/s emersion going? Do you blog your experiences? This is a wonderful community full of helpful supportive folks.
DeleteThanks for the comment!

No. I don't blog (yet) but your blog is very inspiring .
ReplyDeleteMaybe i should try first with a guest post somewhere first . To see how it goes (English is my third language).
The D\s is coming along nicely. So much changed seance we started.
Because we are new to the "official" lifestyle and not just being kinky, we read a lot.
No one to talk to or share experience wher we leave.
I introduced your blog to Sir and he loved it as well.
Reading your blog reasured us that we are on the right path.
So many wonderful similarities :-)
My Sir makes me feel loved and cherished.
