Subspace

So I had a funny conversation
with Sir the other day after my experience
of him sending me flying and yanking me back.

"I wanted to talk to you about something."
"OK"

"Well, you know"
*blushing*
"um, subspace isn't"
*blushing some more*
"well, um, it's is not a
mental place where I am
feeling particularly submissive"

silence.

"It's, um…more of…
well it's more of a place of…
no, it's a place that I've gotten to where
I feel like I'm having an out of body experience,
where I'm floating away.

It's when you've spanked and spanked me
and I'm tense or moaning or reacting a lot and
then all of a sudden I'm quiet and completely relaxed.
For me, it's that moment when I transition, that
I no longer feel the pain, it's only pleasure and
it's like I'm watching myself experience the moment.
I don't know."

"Well, then, I'll have to make sure you
stay out of that space, won't we?!"

WHAT?  NOOOOO!

"Sir?  But I love it.  It's such an amazing experience."

"Yes, but I want you to feel all of it.
I want you in the moment…not beyond it.
I want you to respond every time.

We'll see."

OK, I don't think this conversation
went the way I was expecting it to,
but I am grateful that we are clearer
on definition…as clear as I can be when
I can't explain it very well.

  1. They say communication is important..pfft on them..This is clearly one example when communication does not benefit us. :)

    1. Hahahahahahahah! Clearly it did NOT go the way I thought it would. UGH. I would imagine he'd let me fly, but only when he wants to.

  2. LOL.....Thanks for sharing, i now know not to discuss sub space with Master. I think that is the reason He has me count...keeps me in the moment.

    1. I hate counting. Well, that' not true, sometimes that control…that he requires me to count is a huge turn on, but it definitely keeps you in the moment. Have you ever asked him about him requiring you to count? I wish you would have asked before I did ;)

  3. Subspace is my favorite mini-vacation. I don't know if he deliberately tries to put me there or keep me out of it, it just happens sometimes. Talking to me or moving me around will often bring me out of it. He doesn't like me toooo unresponsive, where is the fun of that (for him). It is like flying for me, though.

I know another M/s couple where he purposely takes her to the edge and pulls her back from subspace, as a fun game.

    1. It is a magical mini-vacation! I can totally understand that he gets less when I'm unresponsive. I never realized how much my moans and whimpers effect Him, but He does love them. I wish there were a way for me to fly AND for him to still have his responses!

      hugs,

  4. I do so love subspace and have only been fortunate enough to experience it a few times but it is a lovely place. I hope he doesn't take it away from you completely. ;-)

    1. He won't take it completely away from me. He's not cruel. He loves giving me pleasure…beyond my wildest dreams. But I get why he doesn't love it, at the same time. He likes my responsiveness.

  5. Yeah. It's a downer when he's getting off on your response, then you stop responding.

But you'd think explaining that it's an EVEN BETTER response, just a quieter one, would sort of help.

    But no.

    1. I wish that made the same impact, but alas it doesn't. Ugh. Oh well. I'm sure we'll compromise =)

  6. Master plays around with it a lot over here. He likes when watching the transition and will often leave one there for quite a while but he likes tweeking the activity enough to startle one out of it as well. It seems sometime the feelings are ten fold when you get ripped out of subspace .......maybe if you explaing that way (if it's true for you) you will at least get to visit it for a little while.

    1. I'm sure my Sir will still let me visit Subspace from time to time.

Wow, it sounds intense to have him put you in and out.
